The way customers were spoken to was abusive, and there was no sense of satisfaction or care. Coffee took ages to arrive, and there wasn’t even sugar or milk for tea and coffee. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, the jet spray had no pressure, and something I could only describe as “Badal Peaking” kept happening in the room. I also experienced what felt like haunted activity. Horrible hotel. Don’t go.

We had a great three-day stay at Balaji hotel. The rooms felt luxurious, and the staff looked after us really well. Such good service.
