Aqua Corridor By OYO Rooms

I picked this hotel for my Darts Tournament trip to Surat because it was nearby and within a good price range. The staff were very good, and I enjoyed my stay ✌️💐. Some rooms are small, as I noticed, but after I asked, they moved me to a bigger one. Cinepolis and supermarkets are just nearby.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. I booked two nights through IRCTC, but the two rooms they showed us were both in awful condition. The bathroom tap was damaged, water leaked along the room walls, the table was broken, and the bedsheet was dirty. Even after I asked, they refused to change it. I requested housekeeping on the second day and asked two or three times, but they kept giving different excuses and still left the same sheet. Breakfast was included in the fare when I booked, but they said the hotel kitchen was closed and offered to arrange food from outside for an extra payment. Management was very bad, and the ambience was awful too. The website pictures are three years old, according to what I was told, and it looks like there has been no maintenance in those three years. Don't trust the pictures. The hotel is couple friendly, so you can guess what standard it's at. Please don't book it through any website.

They don't follow OYO guidelines and don't provide even basic things, not even a towel. They charged more at the counter than the amount shown in my online booking. They also take people by the hour, and staff come knocking on your door whenever they feel like it. The service was awful. I'd rather stay in a dharamshala.

I was disappointed by OYO's attitude and won't book any of their properties again. When I checked in, there was no water in the washroom, so she had to change rooms. I called customer service, and the person who answered was very arrogant. He said, in his exact words, that it was the property's problem, not his. I wouldn't recommend this property.
