The owner and manager were both rude, and their behavior was pathetic. The service was very bad. I seriously request that you don’t stay here.

The staff were the worst. Don’t check in here, it’s a terrible hotel.

They kept calling to demand money beyond the booking amount, even at 11 or 12 at night. The manager and owner should know better than to call guests at midnight asking for extra money. For a booking for three people, they didn’t provide an extra bed or linen. The hotel entrance was filthy and difficult to get through, and the building was very old. There was no bucket or mug in the toilet, and no soap or towel. The sheets hadn’t been changed and the room was dirty, despite looking good in the pictures. This has been a very hectic and bad experience. Please don’t stay here, you’re sure to have a bad time.
