The room was average, though the location was good and the food was excellent. For corporate bookings, they should have basic things ready in the room instead of waiting for the customer to ask.

I stayed here on 9 April 2026, trying the hotel for the first time. I booked for Rs 4500/- and the experience was by far the worst I've had in ten years of traveling through multiple cities. The room quality was below what I'd expect from a hotel costing Rs 1000/-, let alone this price. The mattress was rock hard, like sleeping on the ground, and the TV was a pathetic 24 inch set that looked 20 years old. There wasn't even a complimentary packed water bottle. The bathroom gun wasn't working. When I called the room boy, he told me to open the pipe and use it. They changed my room only after I pushed back. I just wanted to get out of the hotel as quickly as possible. Given the room quality and what they offer, the price should be around 800 to 1000, not 4500/-. If I could, I'd give this property -5 stars.

The visit was smooth and relaxing, with excellent service and a convenient location that's easy to reach. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. I had a very pleasant stay.

I had a peaceful, affordable two-day stay in a warm, pleasant atmosphere. The staff were dedicated, and the location was excellent. A couple of small things could be better: the breakfast hall could be arranged more nicely, and two switchboard plugs in Room No. 201 weren't working.
