Hotel Apple Palace Surat

The room partitions let through a lot of sound. I could hear the person in the next room sneezing and making other noise. In the common area, staff played music and reels through a phone speaker until I asked them to use headphones, and only then did they notice how disruptive it was. The bedsheets were full of holes. When I complained to receptionist shahin, she said she already knew and had told management. The staff seemed to have little sense of guests' comfort. I wasted my money, so I'd advise people to avoid this hotel.
