My wife Malti and I ended up staying for 10 weeks in a one-bedroom apartment/villa at the Ashirwad Villa Complex in Bharthana/Vesu. It was in a quiet corner overlooking the Children's park/playground, and the property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything, though we chose to order tiffin meals each day from Bhagvati Ben, who lives in the complex and brought us a variety of delicious Surti dishes. Upstairs, the large bedroom had a comfortable double bed, and the toilet/shower room had hot water all day. Anita, the cleaning lady, kept the place clean and regularly washed our clothes. We enjoyed chatting with her two friendly boys. Chotu, the caretaker, was polite and caring, always smiling as he helped with our needs. Samir Bhai, his daughter Jill, his wife, and his parents checked that we were comfortable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their kindness felt genuine. It was an entirely enjoyable experience.

Mr Samir made us feel like family. He was friendly, caring, informative, and always available to help with visitors’ needs despite being busy. The property is spacious, safe, and secure, and it really feels like a home away from home. I’d gladly stay in his facilities again and highly recommend them. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, and other basics we needed, and the househelp was friendly and helped with everything. We stayed two nights and were very happy with it. The house and bed linen were neat and clean. I’d definitely come back.

I spent four nights and five days here and had a great experience. The owner puts himself in the guest’s shoes and makes sure you’re comfortable, with thoughtful hospitality and unusual facilities for Surat City. It seems well suited to solo travelers, couples, and families. There are modern amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, plus a kitchen and accessories, purified water, a fridge, soft linens, and thin bed cover blankets, my favorite. There’s also an iron box, hot and cold water, ready-made tea bags, a tea kettle, and toiletries. The room was very clean and hygienic, with LED fixtures. I appreciate the service and thank SAMIR BHAI, the owner. A modern, luxurious house, villa, and hotel for anyone planning to visit Surat. Cheers!
