There's no electricity, and the corridors, rooms, and toilets aren't cleaned. The lift doesn't work either. Reception service was very poor, and there was no Wi-Fi at the table. It took an hour to complete the room allotment. The open toilets on every floor were dirty and smelled bad. I ask Oyo to cancel this hotel's registration, since it doesn't meet any of Oyo's rules.

If you're staying in the Pandesara area of Surat, this is a spacious, clean OYO hotel at economy rates. There's basement parking, and they provide complimentary breakfast. It was healthy and filling, with options like Puri Bhaji, Samosa, BreadButter, and Tea/Coffee.

The location is the only good thing. From the entrance onward it was a horrible experience: the lift gets stuck, the room amenities weren't working, and the staff were rude. This hotel is popular with couples.

Shittiest hotel I've ever seen. There are so many reasons to hate it. The AC makes the room humid, and I felt current passing across the switchboard. It seemed like prostitution was going on in the hotel. I saw multiple girls going into random rooms, and heard weird noises from other rooms. Not recommended to anyone. Please share this.

The rooms are well maintained, but I didn't find room service attentive. That's the only thing keeping this from being a five-star stay. I'd give it four.
