Staff were humble and cooperative, and the linen was neat and clean. The Suite room was notably spacious and comfortable, making for a really relaxing stay. I didn’t try the menu, maybe next time. It’s in a commercial complex, but the stay was good enough that I’d return.

There’s no parking, and my car was damaged here overnight by someone. The people seemed reluctant to help. Inside, the floors were sticky, blankets dusty, and I had to ask them to replace torn bed sheets. There were also mice nibbling at night. Nothing special about the place, it felt like OYO rooms. I hated my one night here.

The rooms are nice and the staff provide good service. Hot water should be available around the clock, and the broken bathroom window glass needs to be fixed right away. Apart from those things, everything was good.

I travel to Surat often and have tried a lot of hotels. This one really is like the photos, and it was awesome. The room service was good, the washroom was clean, and everything was great.

A cozy place to stay. Couples can make use of the jaguzzi in the rooms. Enjoy your stay.
