The room was comfortable and clean, but the cost felt excessive for one night for two people. Check-in took much longer than expected and disrupted our carefully planned day. My friend and I were traveling from the United States on a tight schedule, so the delay was especially frustrating.

It was a pleasant stay. One small suggestion for management: please add a wooden shelf below the TV in room 309, since there’s nowhere to put a bag or other things.

The staff were good, and the hotel is close to Surat station, but that didn't help after we brought bedbugs home. I booked for three people through Cleartrip and got a discount. When we arrived, staff noticed what we'd paid and put us in a tiny room with just one bed, saying they'd forgotten our booking. There were roaches and bedbugs everywhere, and the place was unhygienic and badly maintained.

The staff were friendly and really good. The room was clean and nice, and the price felt fair for the location.

We were nine people, including six girls, and had no water for more than 3-4 hours after checking in. After just three hours, we asked for a refund because of the water problem. The owner and manager were arrogant; one tried to hit my friend, used abusive words, shouted at us to get out, and said he wouldn't return the money no matter what we did. It was a really bad experience.
