Shyam Vatika Banquet And Rooms by OYO Rooms

I cancelled my booking and never stayed at Funvue Holiday and Resort, but dealing with the staff was appalling. The OYO call centre representative and the hotel's General Manager were rude and gave illogical responses. When I visited to inspect the hotel, the lobby and staircase were dirty. I was shocked to find sanitary pads thrown on the hotel gate. The General Manager brushed off my concern and said, "It's not your duty." That felt disturbing and unprofessional. The state of the property and the staff's response raised serious concerns about hygiene and management. Their attitude toward cleanliness and guest concerns was lax, and the lack of accountability and respect was unacceptable. I advise against booking until these issues are addressed. The condition and staff behaviour made it hard to see this as a legitimate hospitality business. UPDATE: I attached photos of the lobby, staircase, and gate where the sanitary pads were found. They show the poor maintenance and hygiene standards.
