I stayed in the dormitory, and the lack of AC during the day was the worst part in the summer. The round ceiling fan didn’t move the air properly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble and polite. I’d recommend it as one of the best hotels in Surat.

I only booked here a second time because I couldn't find another nearby hotel with a bed, and this was another bad experience. The location is convenient, very close to the railway station, but the dorm was only so-so and I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness or staff's behavior. The posted dormitory charge is 350, yet they asked for 400 Rs for a single bed.

The rooms weren't clean, and the staff behaved very unprofessionally. The one good thing is that it's very close to the railway station.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were attentive, and the hotel was good.
