Hotel Le Grand

Breakfast was a lovely surprise, with a huge range of fresh, high-quality choices. We hadn't expected such a complete spread at this price, and it was awesome. At check-in, I was complimentary upgraded to a spacious, spotless Club room, which made the trip feel special. The staff were smiling and helpful from the moment I arrived, and even went out of their way to arrange a few things. I really enjoyed the hospitality and attention to detail, and I'll definitely return.

After checkout, one of the owners and the manager let us use one of their rooms to freshen up because our flight was late. That was above and beyond. The small touches were right too, from welcome water bottles and tea and coffee to a warm greeting and friendly service. The rooms were clean, and the room service was top notch. Absolute Grand lived up to its name. Kudos to the team and management. I'd recommend it and visit again if I'm back in the city.

The location made it easy to get to shopping areas and other Surat attractions, and the food had a delicious range of choices. At Le Grand Hotel, I found the rooms spacious, tidy, and equipped with what I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. The service exceeded my expectations and made the trip enjoyable and stress free. The food was excellent, and Hotel LeGrand, Surat is well placed for getting around: Dumas Beach is about 20 km away, Ajmera Fashion around 500 meters, Lal Gate about 2 km, and Delhi Gate and Lakad Market are very nearby. The decoration, ambience, and cleanliness stood out. Everything looked well maintained, without visible dust or maintenance issues, and the customer service was impressive. Managers Mr. Zabeer Malik and Mr. Arman were humble, polite, and professional, and made guests feel welcome and valued. The hotel feels like one of the finest in the city, close to a 5-star standard, and I'd give it five stars without hesitation. “Where guests are treated with respect and every moment feels warm and bright, That place becomes more than a hotel, it feels like home at first sight.” It combines comfort, service, food, and location well.
