The atmosphere was lovely, and the management was the best part for me. The staff service was really good too. Wow, my experience was great, such an awesome hotel in Surat.

Please stay away. The room was awful and unhygienic, and I felt very unsafe. It seemed to me like a place for couples staying one night, rather than somewhere for families.

The rooms were awful, and they weren't cleaned. The place was kept in a dirty state.

I haven't stayed there myself yet. A friend told me they provide excellent service, so I plan to try it and find out.
