Green Paradise

Green Paradise was peaceful and beautifully kept, with clean grounds and friendly, cooperative staff. We had an amazing time last week. The amenities, food, and hospitality were all excellent, and it’s a great place to relax with friends or family. Definitely worth another visit and highly recommended.

Service was painfully slow, and there didn’t seem to be enough staff to handle requests. Breakfast took ages to arrive, and the tea was cold. When we ordered lunch, Mr. Toshniwal spoke very rudely and quoted 45 minutes, but it took almost two hours. Our calls asking for an update went unanswered, so we had to go to the restaurant. Even then, they asked for another 15 minutes to pack the food. They also charge extra for a packing container at their rented villa. The management and staff service were very poor. We shouldn’t have had to argue just to get basic service on time during a holiday, and speaking nicely to guests should be basic. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The landscape makes a great setting for a wedding, but you’ll want to have a few things sorted out. Get a good event management company that can handle guest logistics, and clarify exactly what is and isn’t included when booking the venue. Also, bring Airtel SIM cards. That’s the only network available in the area. Other providers are extremely weak or unavailable most of the time, and even making a simple phone call from there can be difficult.

A lovely weekend place with a home-style feel and all the amenities. The food and location are awesome, definitely worth a visit.
