Good Stay

I was there with my wife, and since our IDs weren’t local, the manager asked us for a marriage certificate. I don’t understand why. He was rude, and when I asked to borrow a hair dryer, he refused. I stayed only two hours because the small, dark room smelled bad. When I called, he said there were no rooms, yet within an hour he gave three rooms to other guests. He said it would cost 700/-, but when I told him the AC wasn’t working, he didn’t send anyone to fix it. He then asked for 100 rs more to get it working, and only turned it on after I said I’d pay. One of the worst stays I’ve had. Please don’t stay here.

The room ceilings are so low that your hands could catch on the ceiling fans, which feels like an accident risk. The service lift is tiny, with room for just one person and a bag. Worse, there are three steps right after you exit the lift, so it’s easy to trip. The price is on the high side.

The room was fine for my one-night stay, but the wardrobe was in poor shape, and it didn’t seem like they clean or check it. Please inspect the room’s condition before you take it.

It’s a budget-friendly option for families and very close to Surat railway station. A Deluxe Room cost 1560/- for 24 hours, with AC, TV, hot water, and drinking water.
