The rooms weren’t properly clean, and the staff’s behavior and service were poor. There’s no parking either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked because we were traveling with two pets and were told their rooms were better than the ones offered to OYO guests. Instead, the room smelled of smoke and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The price shown online wasn’t honored, and we were charged double. When I called to say we’d arrive at 7 pm instead of 9, the receptionist said we’d have to pay an early check-in fee, even though 7 was later than the check-in time listed on the website. The service was extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I booked a room for 1,000 rupees, but they charged me 1,900, saying the online price didn’t show up in their system. The worst hotel I’ve ever visited. They’re cheaters.

When I arrived, they demanded double the price for my stay, even though I’d booked and paid online. They said the online payment wasn’t valid there and I’d have to pay again. I asked for my Aadhaar photocopy when I went out, and they said they’d destroyed it, but it was still on the table. I destroyed it myself while they watched. Keep your documents safe here. They lie and cheat, so be ready for that.

They said my online booking wasn’t showing in their system and wanted me to pay again. The parking was awful, and the building felt like a haunted place. My experience was completely unhappy. Worst hotel ever.
