Priyanshu and Praveen kept our villa spotless during our family stay at Fern Vishranta Surat Resort. They replaced the linens, restocked the amenities, and added personal touches that made us feel welcome. Both were friendly, efficient, and always smiling. Their housekeeping made the trip stress-free and feel luxurious. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend the resort, especially its staff.

We held our wedding at the resort from January 1st to January 3rd, and the weekend was exceptional. The team handled everything with care and real hospitality, making the celebration smooth and memorable. Guests kept mentioning how attentive and accommodating the staff were. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked, and the team consistently went above and beyond across departments during a large, multi-day event. There was one difficult check-in situation involving a small number of non-wedding guests who extended their stay. The resort had been told in advance that about 57 rooms would arrive early on January 1st, with the rest arriving on January 2nd. Those particular guests were uncooperative and caused unnecessary disruption. This wasn't a failure of preparation or communication by the resort. The staff showed patience, grace, and restraint while continuing to prioritize our wedding guests and protect the wider experience. The incident showed how well the team can handle difficult personalities without letting them affect everyone else. We're deeply grateful for such a flawless wedding weekend and wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a venue run with class, competence, and composure.
