The room was stuffy, smelled bad, had no window, and the AC barely worked. There wasn’t even a mug in the bathroom, and they gave us just one hand wash for everything, including hair, toilet cleaning, and bathing. What kind of hand wash is supposed to do all that? The service was very poor, and the manager didn’t know how to speak to customers. I booked with early check-in, but they demanded extra money. This felt more like a lodge. Don’t book this place in Vesu, Surat.

We’ve stayed here plenty of times, and the price is fair for what you get. The location works well for us. The bed could be firmer, though, since it’s too soft. It’s an okay hotel.
