The location was convenient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I had a great stay and would come back and recommend it to others. Anmol

The manager was remarkably courteous and genuinely kind. The room was spotless, nicely furnished, and carefully maintained for hygiene. I'm very pleased with my stay, and this is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels near Surat Station. I'd highly recommend it to discerning travelers.

Keep an eye on what you order while staying here. They may charge you for things you never asked for, and if you question it, the staff's tone changes. The day and night teams don't seem coordinated.

The hotel is close to the railway station. We arrived around 1:30 am, and Anmol helped us find the place and gave us good service once we got there. He was very cooperative.

For ₹5084 a night, I got a room that was dirty, stained, and smelled foul. It felt deeply unhygienic, with no basic amenities and no intercom. The shower faucet was clogged and jammed, too. Reception and room service were extremely poor. Luckily, I only stayed one night and was there just to sleep. A complete scam.
