Fabhotel Elixir Inn

The staff provided good service, but the room was below average. Mine was room 311, and there were dirty marks on the walls and a noticeable smoky smell. They don’t provide dental kits.

I’m unhappy with the customer service. I had already paid Rs. 1,333 in full through GPay to orderP14bZ1qAy9Rg6B (UPI transaction ID: 426817484391, dated 24-9-24 at 10:12 pm), but the payment wasn’t made to the Hotel Magnus people. So I paid another 1,333 to Hotel Magnus. Now you’re not refunding me. How is this management? Please refund me, or I’ll complain to consumer court.

I booked a room for my friend’s first night, and they did a great job with the decoration and service. The rooms were clean, the staff behaved well, and everything was taken care of. I think since the management changed, I can recommend this hotel to everyone. Very good, keep it up.

We left after an hour of going back and forth. The room shown on the website wasn’t the one we got at check-in. It was tiny, with no windows, ventilation, or exhaust, and barely any room to step down from the bed. When we complained about the difference, they told us to check out, so we did. The staff were rude and behaved badly, and no help was offered. Don’t stay here.
