The rooms were filthy, with stained washrooms, dirty sheets, and taps that leaked. The AC wasn’t working properly either, so I was uncomfortable during my two-day stay at Infini Palace Hotel, Surat. Service was terrible, and the staff weren’t responsive or courteous. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. They insisted on cash payments only, which was very inconvenient. This was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and choose somewhere better. Zero rating.

We stayed for three days while my family was in Surat for shopping, and it was worth the money. The rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff came within seconds whenever we called for something. They have good hearts and amazing hospitality. Do visit this hotel and enjoy your shopping and stay.

The rooms were badly damaged, with leaking water and a stained toilet. I left at 5 in the morning. Parking was the one good thing. I’d called to ask the price and was quoted ₹1500 a night, but found it cheaper on Goibibo for ₹800 and booked online. At reception, Mr. Sen behaved badly toward me and charged me another ₹500 in cash. I’d driven from Udaipur and was exhausted, so I needed to stop for the night and stayed rather than search for another room. It was a nightmare. Avoid this hotel.

They charged an extra 1k for checking in just one hour early.

My reservation through hotels.com wasn’t honored. After checking some details, it looks like they raised their prices and no longer want to accept the rate I booked. This seems shady and unethical. Stay away.
