The room was the best part of our stay. We had a large suite with two beds and a sofa, and the spacious layout let us relax with the kids after a long journey to Surat. The food and service, though, were poor, and breakfast was just average. Reception felt unwelcoming, and nobody helped with our luggage at check-in or check-out. We ordered khichdi for the kids with no spice, but it took around 40 minutes. Calls to the restaurant went unanswered. The receptionist was on his phone, told us to wait, then said we should go to the restaurant and deal with them ourselves. Eventually they served spicy khichdi instead, which showed poor communication between staff. The room was comfortable, but staff attitude, coordination, and food quality need major improvement. I'd recommend the hotel only for the room, without expecting service support or good food.

The room was spacious, and the reception staff were good and quick to help, but I wouldn't book again if the hotel can't provide a decent quality stay. The bedsheets and towels were very old. When I asked for fresh towels, they brought another one just as rough and worn out, the kind nobody would use at home. The manager said they hadn't ordered new ones, so their stock was old. I had heard good things about the food, but breakfast was terrible. When something ran out, staff didn't refill it. I ordered uttapam at the live counter and waited 35 minutes, even though there were very few people. They didn't even provide sugar sachets, just a bowl of ground sugar. What the heck?

Abhishek ji agreed to clean my room even though it was past the usual cleaning hours, and the staff were polite and served me well. The service was nice. The rooms, though, weren't well maintained. There were cracks in the walls, and in some rooms the walls and tiles were dirty. The bedsheet had stains.

The staff were extremely cooperative, and the whole stay went smoothly. My room was clean and comfortable, too. Thanks for the warm hospitality. I'd love to visit again!
