Although the lodge is in the market, the service was completely unsatisfactory and the staff didn't seem professional. They handed over the room without checking it: there were no towels or bathroom soap, and the toilet was totally choked. They just took the money and didn't bother to check. Not recommended, even nearby small lodges are a better option.

Horrible experience, this feels like a scam hotel. Staff gave us a wrong QR code to scan and then asked us to pay twice, saying they'd refund it if the money reached them. When we called, they harassed and exploited us, threatening a police complaint because they had our ID proof. They aren't answering calls now and blocked my number on WhatsApp. I'll try to complain and see what happens. Avoid this place.

At checkout, the boy at the counter said their records still showed 1800/- bucks due and asked us to pay it. We had already paid 1000/- in advance online from our hometown, then paid the full amount for two days at the entrance. The Manager initially refused to give a receipt, saying, “Sir, your payment is done, isn't it? There's no need for a receipt.” We insisted and got one. Without that receipt, imagine, we would have had to pay 1800/- again.

The rooms are good and the staff are good too, but the service doesn't meet the mark.
