Nostravila

Getting there was a little difficult because the final 1 km is a rough off-road stretch. The resort is large, and construction is still ongoing in parts. The food menu is limited and overpriced, and the servings felt small for the prices. We stayed for two days over a weekend, using two villas: Mulberry Villa with Outside Jacuzzi on the first day, then Maple Villa with Plunge Pool and Outside Jacuzzi on the second. Both were beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. Service was quick, responsive, and helpful. We also really enjoyed the food, especially breakfast. Overall, a nice relaxing stay.

Nostra Villa felt peaceful and welcoming, with spacious, clean rooms designed to be comfortable and cozy. The staff were friendly and ready to help from check-in through departure. With its amenities, quiet setting, and delicious food, it made for a relaxing getaway. We had a memorable stay and would gladly return, whether with family, friends, or as a couple.

I came back after a couple of years, when the property had been perfect, and this visit was disappointing. Paint is peeling, some electricals aren't working right, and the room lights were blinking. Maintenance needs attention, especially given the property's good location, infrastructure, and private pool villas. The front desk response was the worst part. The officers didn't make us feel comfortable, and could have shown more warmth and hospitality. With these issues and several others, I don't feel the place is worth what it costs.

We were nervous on the steep downhill road to the hotel, and had our doubts even after booking. But once inside, it was bliss. My daughter, spouse, parents, and I all enjoyed it. The rooms are good, the food tasty, and the service very good. You can just lie back in the jacuzzi. Special mention to Lakhan or Lochan, though I've forgotten which was the name. A really nice stay, 10/10.
