The villa was lovely, clean, and well maintained, with a breathtaking view of the river flowing right behind it. It’s a great spot for nature lovers looking to get away from busy city life. Mr Madan and his team were wonderful hosts, and everyone on staff was polite and helpful. The food was exceptionally good and adjusted to visitors’ tastes. They also took good care of precautions for the new normal. We visited last weekend and had a great stay.

The only snag was the AC. It had been kept off during our stay, and by the time we came back to sleep at 3 am, we couldn’t turn it on. Apart from that, it was a great weekend. The property was clean, tidy, and well equipped, and caretakers Raju & Kavita looked after us really well. I’d love to come back and recommend it to others.

We had a calm, quiet stay with lovely rooms and delicious home-cooked food. Table tennis and carrom were available too, which we enjoyed. Thanks to Mr. Madan and team for making us feel so comfortable and giving us a memorable break. It felt like a home away from home, and I’ll surely visit again. 👍🏼

On our first visit around New Year, the weather was good, the caretaker was welcoming, all the ACs worked, the kitchen was clean, and the food was tasty. The head chef was there to look after us. There were lots of lizards outside and on the terrace, almost no privacy, and the pool wasn’t working. We came back in summer and it was much worse. The caretaker did let us stroll in the garden, but lizards were all around the house and there were lots of insects inside. One bedroom was unusable because the ACs weren’t working, so 11 of us had to fit into two rooms without extra bedding. The kitchen was dirty, the head chef wasn’t there, and some of us had to wash our own utensils because they were attracting insects. The mosquito nets in the passage to the terrace were broken and in very bad shape. The pool was dirty and still not working, and there was no privacy: local people came to the bungalow for a pre-wedding event while we were having lunch. The freezer wasn’t working either. I asked the owner for a 25% refund because one of three bedrooms was out of service. She offered 10% of the stay charges, around 2650 from my total package of 35k, and that refund never came. I’m giving two stars only because the first stay was good; otherwise it would be zero. It used to be decent, but now it’s poorly maintained and could ruin your vacation. They said it was a fully vegetarian stay, yet there were eggs in the kitchen. That didn’t bother us, but people who are strictly vegetarian might be offended.
