The front desk was warm, listened to our suggestions, and acted on them straight away. We spent more than a week here, and the hospitality and service were excellent. Even in the difficult cold weather, the kitchen served hygienic meals and tasty snacks. For a central Delhi location, it was certainly good value. We’d recommend it to colleagues and friends for work or a holiday. We give it 5 stars.

The room was roomy and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a great shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes, and the staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. Though the area was quiet, getting to the sights was easy. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed five days and had no problems. It was easy to locate on Google Maps, and the staff were helpful, arranging things on request and making changes when asked. Most of the stay was good, but the mattress really needs improvement. It was uncomfortable to sleep on, and I ended up with quite bad back pain.

We arrived after a long journey, then had to wait around 30-45 minutes. The rooms were tiny and suffocating, and the location felt like the middle of nowhere. They were filthy too, with torn sheets and insects moving around. The manager, Mr. Rahul, wouldn’t let us enter after the tiring trip and made a huge hassle over money, demanding extra payment. It’s awful that I can’t give zero stars, since even one star feels undeserved. I strongly advise people never to book this hotel.

We’ve stayed here twice. It’s family-friendly, the rooms are neat and clean, and the food is good. The staff were helpful and polite.
