We checked in at 8 AM, then came back at 9:30 the next morning and were told they'd continued the room and that we had to pay for two days. They never told us beforehand that we were staying extra, and only brought it up at the last moment at checkout. Worst hotel ever, terrible service and a fraud at checkout.
The rooms were old and dirty, and there was none of the basic decency or service you'd expect. They didn't provide hand soap, warm water, extra blankets when it was cold, or even plates to serve food. I wasted my money trusting an autowala because it was raining and I thought he was genuinely helping me find a hotel. ://
The rooms, staff, and service were all awful. I can't recommend this place at all.
The bathroom was unclean, and the sheets and blanket were filthy. There was no room service, either. Staff were rude and tried to scam me very forcefully.
I stayed for two days. The owner and manager cheated me over a Delhi darshan trip, charging 6000 for six people when it should have been no more than 2500. They showed me a room with cockroaches, and when I pointed that out, the room boy rudely said they were in all the rooms. The toilet had no proper door, and the window glass was broken, so anyone could see in from the opposite side. They seemed ready to cheat you over everything, including room fare, transportation, and food. Don't check in without getting information first. The auto driver who takes you from Delhi station is getting his commission.
