The room was decent, and the location was good enough. The service wasn't up to the same standard.

The rooms are spacious, but they need repairs and proper upkeep. I spotted several cockroaches.

The rooms and bathrooms had a bad smell, like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. The pillows and bedsheets were dirty and smelled too. This was the worst stay, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

The geyser didn't work, the charging points and TV were dead, and one switch had a short circuit. Booking here feels like putting your life at risk. This is the worst hotel I've ever booked. Please don't stay here.

The location was the only good thing for me. I stayed two days while visiting IIPM nearby. The owner and staff were cordial, but the rooms weren't clean or as good as the photos suggested. We found stained pillowcases, a quilt covered in hair, a broken water heater, and dusty, dirty curtains. The room quality and service fell short. I'd look at other places unless there really is no alternative. A lot of the online reviews seem paid, so don't trust them all.
