Capital O 22975 Global Inn

It's shabby and hard to find, with no Oyo sign or even a sign bearing the hotel name. The reception doesn't answer the phone either. We asked three times about the bedsheets, but each time they brought us dirty ones. The staff were very rude.

Other guests were shouting and disturbing everyone until 4 am, and the hotel did nothing to make this feel like a decent place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room and washroom were already extremely dirty. When we asked for a clean bedsheet and blanket, they said they had no stock, and the sheets were filthy. There was no room service for two days, even though they kept saying it would be available. Outside food wasn't allowed, but their own food was horrible and not worth the price. Everything was unreasonably priced, delivery took too long, and we had to follow up twice. They didn't tell us when an item was unavailable. After waiting 30-40 minutes, they said it was out of stock, then took another 30 minutes to deliver our next order. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Owner Arvind didn't return my money and acted irritated and greedy about it. He is not a man of his word, and I found his behavior around money completely unreasonable. Please don't stay here.

The breakfast was so yummy, and we enjoyed the food and the hospitality. The rooms were great too. We only stayed once, but we'd come back!
