We left within an hour because the room at Spring Heights, Goa felt unfit to stay in. Two or three lizards were running around, and the room was unhygienic. When we asked management to clean it, they said lizards and cockroaches were common and they couldn’t keep cleaning repeatedly. That showed no concern for our comfort or safety. We hadn’t used the room, but when we checked out and requested a refund, they refused and made no effort to resolve things. The room, service and management attitude were all very poor, with basic hygiene and professionalism missing. I strongly recommend against booking this property.

Good value for the price, and close to Panaji. I had a great stay.

It’s a handy location between Baga and Panji. There’s no restaurant inside the hotel, though, and not many places to eat nearby. Staying here works if you have your own car or bike, since you’ll need to travel some distance for restaurants.

The staff were always smiling and ready to help, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They served a delicious traditional breakfast too. Such a friendly hotel in Goa, I’d happily come back.

The listing pictures and the property were completely different. When we got there after booking through bookings.Com, the building seemed poorly maintained and smelled bad when we went in to see the rooms. It didn’t feel suitable for a family stay. We asked to cancel, and the manager yelled at us. This was the only horrible experience we had in Goa. Even if you’re after a budget stay, there are cheaper, better options. The response from the Fab hotel people and the booking team was pathetic too.
