The food was tasty, and the hotel was neat and clean. I stayed at Phoenix holidays with friends from work for two days of meetings in the conference room, which had all the resources we needed. There isn't a lift, so older guests may want to choose a ground-floor room.

Everyone was so nice, from the owner to every member of the team. For a short stay in Kochi, this is a great option, with the best facilities at a very affordable price. The room ambience and cleanliness felt five-star, but the cost was much lower.

The breakfast was nice, and the front desk was very accommodating. Mubarak deserves a shout-out for making our short stay peaceful. This place is a wallet-friendly hidden gem, and I'd recommend it for families. Hope to visit again.

It was my first time in Kochi, and the people I met were incredibly hospitable. Phoenix Holidays reflected that so well. The rooms were hygienic and very clean, and the friendly, helpful management and staff made the stay a fantastic experience. I left very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend Phoenix Holidays.
