Hotel G9

I paid Rs. 3000 per day for an executive room, but it had little beyond a bed and the room itself. There were no toiletries or complimentary items, no tea maker, and no tea service. The bathroom was small and dirty, with leaking water, a broken shower, and bats and insects. The room had broken tiles, dirty small bedsheets, one dirty towel, and plenty of insects and mosquitoes, but no All Out. The fan was noisy, and opening or closing the door was a struggle because of the lock. After I complained, I found there was only one staff member for the whole premises, with no other waiter or staff around. For food or tea, I had to look for a restaurant at least 1 km away each day.

I booked room 107 for two days, but it was cramped and had a very small washroom. The hot and cold water connection wasn’t working properly, so the geyser was no use. They provided only one 500 ml water bottle for the whole stay. Coffee cost extra and was brought from outside. I wasn’t happy with the experience and can’t recommend it.

My whole family stayed here, and it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and everything smelled nice.

The room was clean, and the receptionist welcomed us warmly and responded efficiently. We stayed here recently, and the experience went well beyond what we expected.
