Minerva Grand Vijayawada - Ring Road

The room became stuffy and started to smell in the morning, making an already uncomfortable stay worse. I paid around ₹3400, but the room wasn’t what I had booked: I had requested one large bed and got twin beds instead. When I asked about it, they casually said no large bed was available. Why accept the booking if that’s the case? It felt misleading. Cleanliness was shockingly bad. The tap in the washroom was so stained and dirty I didn’t want to touch it, and the stains had been left there. Towels looked old and unwashed, as if they hadn’t been changed in ages. The bedsheets were in terrible condition too, old, smelly, and not fresh. I wonder if they’d been washed in the last few days. For this price, that’s unacceptable. I’ve rarely had such a bad hotel experience. Management showed no professionalism or care for cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I won’t book here again and would tell others to avoid it unless they want to waste their money.
