My experience was mixed. Rates for the same rooms differed between guests, so you had to negotiate. The complimentary breakfast had run out by 9:50 a.m. and wasn’t available before 8 a.m.; there were no alternatives, and the staff seemed very reluctant to help. The front desk couldn’t make decisions or help us reach the manager. Basic service needs weren’t met.

My daughter and I got mosquito bites, so I wouldn’t recommend this for families. As of April 26 2025, I’d give it zero stars. The bedsheets smelled bad, and so did the air conditioning. The AC depended on management’s decision, not the remote you use in the room. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of you throughout your stay.

The online booking says the room is for two adults, but at check-in they gave us a small room with one cot that seemed suited to one person, then put a mattress on the floor for the second guest. They fool you when you book. Fraud.

The location is very good, and check-in through make my trip was seamless. The AC, geyser, and shower worked well; I didn’t try the TV, and the Wi-Fi was fine. Food is available, though the choices are limited. Minerva hotel is nearby, about 500 m away, and Srilaxmi Tiffins is on the way there for authentic Andhra breakfast. There were a few mosquitoes near the dustbin, but they didn’t come toward the bed. Traffic police announcements were noisy until 10 pm. It was good for resting at night, but not ideal for spending much of the day there.

The check-in took 30 minutes, and the rooms weren’t clean. Used plates sat in the waiting area, which smelled really bad. The experience was awful, I would’ve given zero stars if I could.
