Everyone made our four-day stay lovely and were so attentive and helpful. Ms Stella at the coffee shop stood out, always serving us with a smile at mealtimes. Thank you all.

Fortune Murali Park, Vijayawada - Member ITC hotels' group. The only letdown was that I had reserved a double bed a month ahead, but because none was available I got two single beds. Otherwise, it was a happy, pleasant stay. The room was neat and the amenities were as expected, and the staff were humble and quick from check-in through check-out. Veranjaneyulu gave excellent service, thank you both.

Fortune Murali Park, Vijayawada - Member ITC hotels' group. The rooms were spacious and cozy, the place had a lovely atmosphere, and the food was tasty, especially breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was quick. It's clean, modern, comfortable, and in a prime location. Housekeeping Veranjaneyulu was always smiling and gave the best service. A delightful stay for a relaxing weekend, and I'll definitely visit again.

Fortune Murali Park is in a great spot for business in Vijayawada, and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant food and service were impeccable. They were attentive and made dishes just as requested. Check-in was smooth, and housekeeping was responsive and attentive. Well done veeranjaneyulu house keeping.

We had a relaxed meal with the family in a lovely setting, and the food was great, especially the Chinese dishes. Akash, Anowar and Habibul were delightful servers. They also took care of every accommodation we asked for, with real attention.
