I found the stay average overall. The food was also just average: breakfast and dinner had limited variety, and the taste could be better. Parking may be a problem when it's busy, since there's no dedicated lot on the hotel grounds and only about 2 or 3 cars can park on the roadside in front. I stayed two days at Haian - An Olive Tree Hotel on a company-provided package that included both meals. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable for a short business stay, and the washrooms were properly maintained with good hygiene. Housekeeping did a decent job, basic room facilities were satisfactory, and the calm atmosphere suited work trips or short visits to Vijayawada. Staff were polite, and check-in and check-out went smoothly without much delay.

The room had around 5-10 cockroaches, and some were even running across the bed. Getting room service was difficult too. They would refuse at first, and only help after we called about the same thing 2-3 times. The rooms really weren't good.

The only good thing for me was that the rooms were spacious. Otherwise, this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were filthy, and there wasn't enough cutlery or crockery. Even after I told them, they didn't clean the room or bring basic things like toilet paper, hand wash, and clean towels despite several follow-ups. The banquet tablecloths looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. Breakfast was no better: the food wasn't replenished, and the only staff member there was busy eating his own meal outside the room. Definitely a no from me.

Ravindra helped us out, and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were spacious and very good, and it was the best stay of our trip. I'd definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was the one good part. The room we got was very small, and not worth 3000 bugs a night. The app showed 2200, but we were charged 3000. The bathroom toilet didn't work properly, and the flip seat was loose. There was no stationery, only body lotion.
