The toilets were slippery, which is something to keep in mind, though it wasn't a deal breaker. For what you pay, the room offers a lot: amenities, car parking when available, hot water, and high speed internet (180mbps). Mahesh did excellent work helping with our luggage and room service. He was kind, professional, and quick, and anything we asked to have brought to our room arrived quickly. Thanks for the stay.

I stayed one night in a standard room at Hotel Vishnu Paradise, Labbipet, Vijayawada, on 10th Nov'25. The hotel looks good from outside, but the maintenance and service were poor. When we went out, staff didn't clean the room, and there wasn't even simple shampoo in the toiletries. The towels and bed sheets were very old, and the bathroom shower didn't work properly, with either very high or very low water speed. At checkout, the manager and staff behaved badly and demanded a hefty amount for a towel with a few colour marks. When I asked to see the purchase bill before paying, they stopped my vehicle and called it a penalty. They threatened to forcibly stop the vehicle when I asked to see the penalty rules and amounts. I'm B M Rao, aged 62, and I've stayed at many reputed hotels in India and abroad without ever encountering such nasty, abnormal behaviour from a manager and staff. I don't recommend this hotel, and the public should be careful.

The room was dirty, cockroaches showed up occasionally, and the blanket was soiled. When I asked for a replacement, they first refused because housekeeping wasn't available. After I asked repeatedly, they gave me an extra bedsheet to put over the dirty blanket. The cupboard door was broken, and its hanger was damaged too. There was no drinking water filter, and despite food service being listed on the MMT app, the property didn't provide it. They told us to use online delivery apps instead. The property is close to the main road, but the quiet, lonely street on the way was uncomfortable to walk along because there were dogs. Stilt parking was available on site, though space was limited, so with several guests cars had to be parked outside the gate. The stay was just manageable for one night with family, and I wouldn't recommend it for a future stay.

The washroom needs improvement. I paid 1800+ for an executive room, and the rest was fine. If you book online for 3 guests, the hotel says they must all be from the same family and share surnames. For couples, they shouldn't ask a girl for her signature both when entering and leaving. I hope the hotel team fixes this. Taking the signatures from just one person would avoid bothering them.
