Joseph deserves special thanks for the way he led things and made guests feel welcome and comfortable. The place had a lovely atmosphere, and service was handled carefully and professionally. It was a memorable experience, the kind that brings people back.

At Vivanta Vijayawada, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food quality, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. Mr Abhrajit was courteous, prompt, and attentive, making sure our needs were handled efficiently. Mr Joseph (Manager) showed excellent leadership and warmth toward guests, and his professionalism and attention to detail helped make our visit comfortable. The whole team made it memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again.

Naveen and amit were courteous and gave outstanding service. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff behaviour and service were excellent. Thanks to Joseph for keeping the service standards so high. I definitely recommend this place.

The venue at Vivanta Vijayawada had a classy, comfortable ambience, and the dinner spread was delicious with plenty of variety. We attended a dinner hosted by BBG Investment Group & Real Estate, and it was a well-organized, memorable gathering. It was nice talking with Hema Sundar, Jyothi, Sanjana, and Kishore, who made the evening more engaging. Special thanks to Jyothi Prakash for adding useful insights and clarity to the discussions.
4/10
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the service and food made the stay disappointing. We booked two rooms for two days, and from arrival things felt disorganized. Valet staff were there, yet nobody came over even after we called, so I left the car in the driveway and headed inside. At dinner in the ground-floor restaurant around 8 pm, every dish meant to be served hot was cold, soups included. Breakfast the next morning was the same. Earlier, our coffee took more than 30 minutes to arrive after I followed up twice, and it was cold too.
