The villa looks good, and the rooms are decent, but the service let the stay down. Food quality wasn’t proper and needs improvement. Towels weren’t provided for each person, which is a basic part of hospitality. The prices are too high for the service on offer. I wouldn’t recommend it until they improve the facilities and service.

Please be careful when booking. The owner’s behaviour was very bad. If you arrive and the villa isn’t as good as it looked in the site pictures, then decide not to book, he’ll threaten to make you pay the full amount even without staying there or booking. You’ll lose the advance payment too.

We had an all-inclusive package for 11 people, but hardly anything included was provided. We were put in three rooms and got only five or six towels total, with towels supplied per room rather than per person. They didn’t provide water either, so we had to go to the kitchen to get it. We also had to fight to get food and breakfast, and there were no blankets at night. The staff response was very bad. Worst experience ever in Mount Abu. Do not book this.

A good location for a group stay or family get-together, and the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms need renovation, though, so it suits you if you’re not too demanding about room quality.
