The room was spacious and cost Rs 1100 per night through FabStay with discounts. Late checkout is possible for an extra charge. Breakfast was complimentary and good quality, with South Indian food. Since I’m from the South, that suited me, though it might not be as easy for others. The food was good, and I had a decent stay.
The staff service was very nice, and the rooms and hotel area were exceptionally clean. I didn’t expect this kind of service at this price. I strongly recommend staying here for a safe, dignified stay within budget.
The morning brought no hot water. When I asked, they said it would come in an hour, but it never did. The rooms were awful and not kept clean, the bedsheets were old and dirty, and the washrooms were unclean with no toilet seat. The service was the worst I’ve experienced. Don’t ever book this hotel.
The rooms felt more spacious than those at nearby hotels. The staff helped me in every way they could and made sure my stay was comfortable. A really nice place.
We booked three rooms through Fab Hotels. The rooms looked okay, but none had hot water, and there were no geysers in the individual rooms. One AC kept tripping. When I asked the attendant the next morning, he said another guest had reported the same problem, so they had been moved to the room next to ours that very day. I don't understand why we were given that room when they already knew about the issue. That room also had no water. The staff's response was terrible, and they couldn't get water into the bathroom. They offered to move us to another room with water and an individual geyser, but I don't know why they hadn't assigned us that room to begin with. The staff seemed unskilled, and all this wasted our time. It wasn't worth what we paid. We lost money and time.
