The place is clean, hygienic, and well maintained, with good service and management. Mahinder brother, the owner, was very helpful and guided us through the local darshan process, which made things much easier. Blinkit and Swiggy are available for online orders, which is convenient for guests. We had a nice stay at Jay and Jas in Tirupati.

Mahender Reddy and his wife made us feel like family and spoke to us so warmly. We stayed here for the last two days with our family, and the clean, roomy rooms had great views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were really helpful. For a hygienic stay at a low price, jay & jas is well worth it. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

On a recent family trip to Tirupati, we found the hotel quiet and well located. Getting around was easy with Rapido and Uber available. The rooms were very neat, clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Thank you, Mahindra garu, for your hospitality.

The breakfast was so tasty and home-cooked, and the coffee at Jay and jas was really good too. We stayed one night in the elegant king suite, which had a sofa and two king beds, with plenty of space. The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. PS4 restaurant nearby is a good option for lunch or dinner. Getting to the hotel by taxi, your own vehicle, or autoricshaw is easy. We had a cozy, comfortable stay.

Being close to the railway station made getting around very convenient. We had a great family stay at Hotel Jay & Jas, Tirupati. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was very good and added value to the visit. Highly recommended for families visiting Tirupati.
