The hotel sits in a narrow lane, so it was hard to get Uber cabs or auto-rickshaws to the property and finding transport was often a challenge. The surrounding area was average, nothing special. I also wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay. There were many problems with cleanliness, maintenance, pricing transparency, and service. The bathroom was poorly kept and the tap kept leaking. The room was dim, with frequent power and light fluctuations. The bed was two separate mattresses pushed together instead of a proper double bed, and the sheets were dirty and didn’t seem to be changed regularly. There was no dustbin in the room, which was inconvenient on a long stay. No complimentary drinking water was provided, and there was no RO water in the common area, so we had to buy bottles at reception each time. Different staff charged different prices, sometimes adding ₹5–₹10 just to take a bottle from the fridge. The AC also wouldn’t work until we called reception to switch it on manually. The lift often stopped working at night, and with my room on the 5th floor, I had to climb all five floors. At check-in they first asked ₹600 for early check-in, then lowered it to ₹400 when I declined, which felt arbitrary and unprofessional. When I raised the extra charges some staff were collecting, the response was dismissive, and they told me to “complain to the owner.” I found that rude and unhelpful. The hotel needs significant improvement.

The lift was a big help because one of us is handicapped, and the free Wi-Fi was fast, around 30mbps. The room was great for the price. The location has pros and cons: it’s very close to Shreenivasam ticket booking and the Tirumala bus stop, handy for Balaji darshana, but there was an irritating noise from something just to the right of the hotel, like a broken fan. Rooms on the left side, around room no. 102, may avoid some of it; I’d avoid the room no. 207 side. We had trouble with hot water on our last day, but it was okay. Water bottles cost 25 rs, not 20rs, even without service. Overall a very good hotel, though it has several small, avoidable inconveniences.

We’ve stayed here two or three times on trips to Tirupati, so we knew the hotel, but this visit was very unpleasant and has made us think twice about returning. We checked in for a day and went for darshan. Checkout was 7:00 PM, but darshan ran late and we left around 8:45 PM. We explained this politely, but the owner was harsh and disrespectful, insisted on charging another day, and eventually made us pay half-day charges. There was no courtesy or understanding, even though darshan delays are common in Tirupati. The hotel also felt midevel: stained, unclean bedsheets, average bathrooms, Wi-Fi that didn’t work properly, no restaurant or food facility, a very congested location, and staff who were inadequate and unhelpful. The hotel lacked basic hospitality.

I booked an AC room on Agoda for two days at 1200/ per night. The location, opposite Srinivas complex, is very good, and the overall experience was good. The room was above average for a budget-friendly price.

It’s very close to the RTC bus stand, which is convenient, though there aren’t good restaurants nearby. I found the stay average. I saw the hotel on Air BNB but booked directly, and the building seems newly constructed. My non-AC room had good ventilation, but there was dust on the floor and TV unit. They provided blankets and a TV, but no towels, soap, shampoo, lotion or oil, bathroom mat, or hot water. I think a few additions could improve the place a lot.
