The one good thing is the location on the main road, with a restaurant and medical store right next to it. The beds were only okay, and the sofas smelled so bad I couldn’t even put my things on them. Not worth it. There are better rooms around here, so check before booking. Worst place in tirupati.

The rooms and beds weren’t clean, and the pillows smelled. We parked our car outside the hotel because the staff told us to. Then the police came and fined us Rs. 1535, and the hotel staff didn’t respond. If you have a car, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I got a leg injury from sharp objects in the beds, and the staff just said sorry. There was no safety and no drinking water. For this price, you can get better accommodation elsewhere in tirupati, so think twice before coming here. A terrible stay, I’d never recommend this hotel.

We stayed here yesterday (1/1/2026). The main advantage is the location, close to the kapilatheertham temple and lots of eateries. Booking online for three adults cost Rs. 3500, while we got it for Rs. 2000 by booking in person, but it still wasn’t worth the price. The rooms are small, and the sofa and beds smelled bad. The pillow covers were very dirty. They replaced them when we asked, but they still smelled. The sofa cushions were stained and worn, and we saw small cockroaches at night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

For the price, the view of Tirumala mountains is excellent. The location is great too, and the view gave me good vibes. That’s why I gave it five stars.
