The room was clean and hygienic, and it was well maintained.

The room cost me 3000 for one day, and it was third-rate: no TV, no working plug points, no AC, and no hot water. At checkout, the man at reception acted like a rowdy, even though he’d spoken professionally when I checked in. I’ve never stayed at a bigger rip-off. They seem set on taking people’s money. Better avoid this place.

The location is handy, close to Vishnu Nivasam, with buses available to go anywhere. The rooms are just okay, and you shouldn’t expect any service.

We booked online, but they still took Rs.500/- as a supposedly refundable advance. The long wait at reception was around 30 minutes just to begin entering visitor details. The rooms might suit bachelors or a college outing, but not a family. They wouldn’t even provide ordinary drinking water in the room and told us to buy it outside.

We stayed with our family on 9th and 10 feb, and found the rooms large, clean, and very nice. It’s a good place for families. The location worked well too, about a five-minute walk from Vishnu nivasam or Railway station, beside group theatres. Thanks to the management, keep it up.
