We were charged 600 for being an hour late, and the rooms were only average. They seem more focused on money than guests. They also struggled to understand Telugu, so what we said got misunderstood. There isn't enough car parking either. There are better places to choose from.

I really liked the excellent service and the person's very kind manner. Marathi Manus.

The garden was pleasant and full of fruit-bearing plants, but the rooms needed a thorough clean. The rooms were just okay, the ACs didn't work, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming.

The staff and service were great, and the rooms and toilets were very clean. There’s good AC, hot water, and car parking. The hotel is well located near Tirupati temple and Kapil teertham. Gujju guests can get ginger tea here and enjoy a taste of gujju tea in Tirumala. Food is available, though it could be better. For the budget, this is the best hotel.
