The team responded really quickly, and the flat was comfortable and good. Most of our stay a few days ago went well, but one incident bothered me: the service boy behaved badly, and my kids felt a little scared. I think he may have been drunk at the time. If this is addressed, it would make the place better for families. Everything else was good.

The staff were super supportive, and the place has the basics we needed: AC, TV, geyser, beds, plus kitchen utensils and an induction stove. It's very budget friendly and close to alipiri and Kapilatheertham. For families wanting a home-like stay, I'd recommend it to others.
