Hot water was available the whole time, and it was warm enough for the weather. The room stayed cool even with the AC off, though the AC worked quickly whenever I switched it on, and the Wi-Fi connected fast. Everything was much better maintained than I'd expected for the price, with clean, hygienic washrooms, a TV and good AC. Reception responded promptly, and they respected our privacy.

The bed and mattress were at least okay, but the rest of the room was awful. There were no towels or shampoo, the mugs were broken, the taps leaked, and the cupboards were so dirty I didn't want to open them. The price sheet listed 1200 for a non-AC bedroom and 1700 for an AC one, but the rooms seemed no different except that they gave you a remote for the AC room. Cab and auto drivers bring people here for commissions. Please don't book this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the room was well maintained, and room service was good. There was plenty of parking, and the rate was the best around this location. The rooms are spacious, though the mattress and sheets are old. Hot water was available, and the air conditioning worked really well.

I paid 1100 for what they called a 3× deluxe room. I wasn't expecting anything fancy at that price, but at least the room should have been clean and the bedding neat. Instead it smelled awful and was very dirty, with lots of bed bugs and mites. The room was pathetic for the price, and this treatment was not what I expected.

The room was dirty, and the blanket was so filthy it couldn't be used. They only changed the bedsheet after I complained urgently. The toilet flushes weren't working, and the washbasin wasn't working properly either. The TV had channels, but they just showed like a box. It felt like they were cheating customers. Thank you.
