The convenient access to Tirupati and Tirumala made getting around easy, and parking was available. Inside, the place was clean and well kept, with spacious, tidy rooms and the essentials we needed. It was peaceful and comfortable for our family, with a home away from home feel. The host was polite and quick to respond, and took care to make sure our stay went smoothly. The hygiene and general atmosphere were excellent. I'd happily pick Tirumala Premium Homestay again on my next visit, and recommend it to families and pilgrims looking for a safe, comfortable stay near Tirumala.

We arrived at the gate only to have our booking cancelled. Then we were left waiting there for hours before being shifted to an alternate stealth home stay arranged by the Thirumala home stay people. Don't rely on the Google pictures. If you're hoping for a peaceful temple visit, I'd avoid booking here. The people involved were terrific.

The 2BHK was roomy and comfortable, with a real at-home feel. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Temple is about an hour away.

The staff's attitude made an already bad situation worse. They were rude and careless, showed no courtesy or responsibility, and kept offering excuses instead of fixing anything. We had booked well ahead, but on arrival they wouldn't give us the room we reserved and seemed to be pushing other options for commission. That defeats the point of booking in advance. Calling this a homestay doesn't match the hospitality we received. I wouldn't recommend it; there are plenty of places that respect guests and confirmed bookings.
