Treebo Seven Inn

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and willing to help. Still, they seemed undertrained or short on resources, and couldn't fully sort out our concerns. We booked for three people, but the bed was too small for the third person. No extra mattress was provided until we requested one separately, and it cost ₹600 for two days. We got just two towels. When we asked for another, staff said they were short because of the rain. Breakfast was disappointing. The complimentary tea meant going to a tea stall ( chai tapri ) outside the hotel, and after seeing the food quality we skipped the free breakfast the next day. The owner should take this seriously. It's a good hotel in a very nice spot, but they should appoint more staff, or remove the complimentary breakfast from the menu if they don't have a kitchen.

Just a few steps from kabilathetham temple, this lovely hotel has a great atmosphere. The room's modern decor and layout were stylish, and it was spotless. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, from the warm welcome at check-in onward. I'd definitely stay here again!

The staff were polite and good, but the owner wasn't responsive enough and we had to pay extra. We booked for three people at 2500+ for one day, yet there wasn't enough room for all three to sleep. The ixigo portal said the room could fit four. It doesn't look like a 3 star hotel.

There was noise all night, from dogs barking loudly to vehicle horns, and we couldn't rest. The staff didn't respond properly or seem concerned. The bathrooms were very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. Towels were slightly wet and foul smelling, clearly used, and the sheets didn't feel fresh either. It seemed they hadn't been properly cleaned or changed between check-out and the next check-in. Hygiene, service, and comfort were unacceptable. A very bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
