For 1200 per a/c room, we got a good deal. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft, the pillows good, and the sheets and pillowcases neat. They provided a towel, but no complimentary extras, which makes sense for a budget hotel. There are several restaurants nearby, staff offer room service, and the bathroom was clean with hot water available 24hrs. You can check in until 12 at night. My one complaint is the commode: it had hard water stains and looked really disgusting. Please clean it, maybe with acid or something. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

For one night in a small room at such a premium price, this was a deep disappointment. The toilets were in such bad shape that I felt I could skate as soon as I stepped in. There was no remote to control the AC either. The sheets and pillow covers didn't seem properly washed or sanitized, and I wondered if the pillows had gone a year or more without being changed. It felt totally unhygienic. I asked room service several times and waited 3 hrs for replacements, which were only slightly better washed.

There's wifi, but management hadn't paid the bill. The lift doesn't work in the morning, and if you ask for the room to be cleaned, they show up when you're checking out. The TV is there too, but the remote works once an hr🍌.

I've stayed here every 3-4 months, hoping it would get better, but each visit has been worse. The room floor was so sticky it didn't look properly cleaned, and there were cockroachs. The bathroom commode was broken, and someone had spat paan in the room and in the lift, as if someone had thrown up paan there. Shocking that this was left as it was after multiple complaints. The staff aren't up to the mark. The receptionist is rarely around, and when I ask for help, the room boy just tells me to wait until the receptionist appears, which takes forever. There's no responsibility or basic courtesy from management. Even after I asked, nobody brought an AC remote. They supplied stuff and water immediately for people drinking alcohol at the hotel, but couldn't get me a remote. For the price, it's absolutely not worth it. Other Townhouse properties in Hyderabad are much better maintained and offer a better experience. This one has become the worst of the lot. Unless they improve staff behavior, cleanliness and maintenance, I'd strongly avoid it.
